Justin Hoffmann is the head of Team Hoffmann, and is always striving to make the team’s service the best it can be. He works primarily with sellers, providing them with specialized knowledge and exercising strong negotiating skills on their behalf. In order to provide the best service possible, Justin is constantly implementing innovative marketing techniques that keep up with a constantly changing marketplace. With an aggressive approach to sales and strong client relations, Justin will get your home “Sold Justin Time!” Justin recently released his first book, now available on Amazon.

Sales Associate

Jeff Mitchel is a Sales Associate for Team Hoffmann, and works with both buyers and sellers, providing them with specialized real estate knowledge, Jeff has strong negotiating skills  and works hard on behalf of his clients.  Jeff brings over 17 years of real estate experience to the Team.


Izzy works primarily with buyers. He has been in the real estate industry for 4 years; 3 years in residential and 1 year in new home construction.

Izzy has an extensive customer service background from owning his own business for 7 years prior to entering the real estate industry. He takes pride in providing great customer service, works hard for every client and is an awesome problem solver whenever needed.

Sales Associate

Curt works to actively market the team’s listings and find potential buyer prospects.  With an aggressive marketing style and commitment to our clients, Curt provides a different angle to the home-selling process.  Curt contacts between 50 – 100 potential buyers daily to expanding the exposure that our listings receive.

Real Estate Advisor

Andy has been a licensed realtor since 1999 and been with RE/MAX for almost his entire career.  He has extensive knowledge and experience working with first time home buyers. Andy's main focus is to make sure every client has a full understanding of the entire buying or selling process from start to finish. Having been in real estate for almost 20 years, there is rarely a situation Andy doesn't have a solution for... Andy is also the Foreclosure Manager for Team Hoffman and responsible for heading up the team’s REO division.

Sales Associate

Matt  has been involved in real estate investing and speculation since 2000. He works with both buyers and sellers, striving to utilize the absolute best of today's technology without losing the personal touch of traditional client relations. Clients instantly feel, they have found a true professional when they work with Matt and recognize that with Matt and Team Hoffmann they have found a winning combination.

Today, Erik is making a difference one client at a time, helping them find their next home. Sales Agent

After graduating from Franklin High School, Antonio was left with two options, to either attend UW-Milwaukee in the fall of 2015, or follow his dreams and pursue real estate. After a few summer months, Antonio spoke with his Godfather Justin Hoffmann and came to the consensus that real estate was his calling. He has devoted many hours to learning the business, as well as shadowing the veterans to learn the ins and outs of real estate. Make no mistake even though Antonio is young, his hard work and dedication is allowing him to excel in a challenging business. 

Real Estate Agent

Peter comes to team Hoffmann after a 23 year career as a Senior Global Corporate Executive, living in both Europe and Asia as an expatriate and operating in +50 countries.

Peter and his wife Diane (also of Team Hoffmann) have been investing and selling homes ranging between +$100K to +$1M for the last 27 years.  Peter brings tremendous corporate negotiating and analytical skills to Team Hoffmann and will provide the best possible service and integrity to his clients.

Ty Roembke
Inside Sales Representation/Property Management

Ty joined Team Hoffmann in November 2017. She will be working with Curt Halter as an Inside Sales Representative for the real estate business. Ty will also provide support the the rapidly growing, Hoffmannagement residential property management business.
